These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the p99gam platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any bets. By accessing p99gam, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in full.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use a p99gam account. CNIC verification is mandatory. Only one account is permitted per individual, household, and IP address.
All transactions are processed in PKR. Minimum deposit is Rs 500. Withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements before funds can be released.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before a withdrawal request can be submitted. Bonus abuse will result in account suspension.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and p99gam ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the p99gam platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the p99gam platform. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the p99gam platform at any time and without prior notice, subject to applicable regulatory obligations. Continued use of the platform following any material change to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

The platform undergoes periodic third-party audits to verify the integrity of its random number generation systems, financial controls, and player protection mechanisms. These Terms are published in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.
3.1 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
p99gam operates a mandatory KYC verification process in accordance with its obligations under its gaming licence and applicable anti-money laundering standards. The following documents are required before any withdrawal can be processed:

p99gam reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already claimed in good faith by eligible players prior to the modification.
The following rules apply to all sports betting markets available on p99gam, including cricket, football, kabaddi, tennis, basketball, and all other sports categories listed on the platform.
6.1 Bet Acceptance
p99gam reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where: the bet exceeds applicable stake limits; there is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing or corrupt activity; the odds were posted in error; or the market was suspended at the time the bet was placed.

Bets will be voided and stakes returned in the following circumstances: the event is abandoned or postponed beyond a defined rescheduling window; the market is settled on incorrect data and subsequently corrected; or the bet was accepted after the official start of the event in a non-live betting market.
6.3 PSL and Cricket-Specific Rules
For Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches and all other ICC-sanctioned cricket events, p99gam follows the official match result as declared by the relevant governing body. Rain-affected matches, Duckworth-Lewis results, and Super Over outcomes are treated as official results for settlement purposes. Match-specific betting rules are published within each market on the platform.
Live (in-play) betting markets are subject to brief suspension during key moments in a match. Bets placed during a suspended period will be voided and stakes returned. p99gam is not responsible for connectivity issues that prevent a player from placing or cancelling a live bet.
p99gam's casino product includes live dealer tables and slot machine titles sourced from internationally recognised game providers. All casino games use certified random number generation (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing procedures conducted under CCTV surveillance.
Return to Player (RTP) percentages for individual slot titles and casino games are available within each game's information panel. Quoted RTP figures represent theoretical long-term averages across millions of game rounds and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
Casino game results are final once confirmed on-screen. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — including internet disconnection, browser crash, or platform error — p99gam's records of the game state at the time of disconnection will be used to determine the outcome. Any disputed round must be reported to support within 72 hours.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the p99gam platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, withholding of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:
p99gam maintains active AML (Anti-Money Laundering) monitoring across all deposit and withdrawal transactions. Any account flagged by automated systems or manual review will be suspended pending investigation. p99gam is legally obligated to report suspicious activity to relevant financial intelligence authorities and will cooperate fully with any formal investigation.
All content on the p99gam platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, game content, text, graphics, data compilations, and marketing materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of p99gam or its licensed third-party content providers. All rights are reserved.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the p99gam platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, or redistribute any platform content; reverse-engineer or decompile any platform software; use p99gam's brand assets without prior written consent; or create derivative works based on platform content.
Any unauthorised use of p99gam's intellectual property may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.
p99gam collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.
p99gam will not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, game suppliers, and regulatory authorities as required to deliver platform services and meet compliance obligations.
p99gam implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. These measures include 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit, secure storage of data at rest, and role-based access controls limiting internal data exposure.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, p99gam and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer failure — arising out of or in connection with your use of the p99gam platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
p99gam does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption or error. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows, third-party infrastructure failures, and force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability of the platform or specific services.
p99gam's aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
By using p99gam, you acknowledge that gambling involves inherent financial risk and that losing your wagered funds is a real and foreseeable outcome. p99gam does not guarantee winnings and is not responsible for any financial losses incurred during lawful use of the platform. Please gamble responsibly and within your means.
p99gam reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:
Upon account closure, p99gam will return any verified real-money balance (net of applicable deductions for bonus funds, pending investigations, or outstanding obligations) to the player's verified payment method. Disputed closure decisions must be submitted to p99gam support in writing within 30 days.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their own account may do so at any time by contacting the p99gam support team. Voluntary closure requests related to responsible gaming concerns will be processed with priority — typically within 24 hours.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which p99gam holds its gaming licence. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through p99gam's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.
Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of p99gam complies with the laws of their own country or territory of residence. p99gam makes no representation that the platform is lawful or appropriate for use in any specific jurisdiction, and access to the platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited is done at the player's own risk and legal responsibility.
14.1 Complaints Procedure
If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of p99gam's service, you should first contact the support team by email at the address provided in the footer of this page. p99gam will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and provide a full written response within 14 business days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal review, you may escalate the matter to the dispute resolution body designated by p 99gam's licensing authority.
p99gam reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, p99gam will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via email or a prominent on-platform notification. Non-material clarifications and corrections may be applied without advance notice.
The effective date at the top of this document reflects the date on which the most recent version of these Terms came into force. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the p99gam platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
If you disagree with any amendment to these Terms, your sole remedy is to cease using the platform and request voluntary account closure in accordance with Section 12 of these Terms.
